Implantation pain in leg?

Hubby and I are TTC, and I am about 6 dpo. Today I woke up with very minor twinges on the right side of my lower abdomen, and pain radiating down my right leg. I sometimes get this same leg pain on the heaviest day of my period. Has anyone else ever had this leg pain during their period and/or implantation??

I am also at 6dpo and have twinges in the same spot...I don't have leg pain, but I have what feels kind of like a "restless" and uncomfortable right leg. But I'm not much help because I've never experienced implantation yet, or ever felt this in relation to my period. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone with this kind of symptom! I hope it turns into BFPs for both of us!

I have that type of pain randomly during my 2ww often. For me, it doesn't mean anything, but ya never know!
