Implantation pain or AF?

Hi ladies
When I woke up this morning I experienced a sharp sort of like electric shock inside my hip bone near my ovary (I’m 6-7dpo). It radiates very now and then.. and now before bed I’ve started experiencing AF cramps. 6dpo is usually early for me to get AF cramps.
Thoughts?

I am unsure what the sharp pain may be that you are experiencing. However I wanted to reassure you I am also 6dpo and have been experiencing AF type/ (sorry TMI) diarrhoea type cramps since 2-3dpo. I believed it was due to the increased levels of progesterone during this time of a cycle

I’m the opposite this cycle... I’m more (tmi) constipated. During my tww I usually get loose stools.. soo weird
