implantation pinch?

Has anyone had this? On 6DPO I had a sharp pinch on the right side that also sent like a quick band of pain across my lower abdomen.. Just wondering if it could be implantation

Well I have heard it can be that, but during my last cycle I had it and BFN. The symptoms are all too similar of pregnancy & PMS/post ovulation for me to work anything out!

I also had that last cycle first time ever.... And bfn and heavy period

Hope that in your case it means implantation

I had light cramps and some pinching on the left for several days. It took me 5 days after it started to get a super faint positive. I'm afraid to call it positive until I test again tomorrow morning. I'll update you, but it could be a good sign!
