Does anyone know when in pregnancy blood volume is supposed to increase? Had a blood nose yesterday morning, and tonight I accidentally scratched a pimple and it won't stop beeding 
My face has been rather flushed.
I wonder whether blood volume is increased in the tww, or whether that comes later in pregnancy?
