So, I have an EBF 6.5 month old son and I would really like to increase my milk supply so that I'm able to pump 2-4 times a day. (Ideally 12-18+ oz) I have not tried any supplements or anything, I've just been trying to drink enough water and eat oatmeal with flax seed...I'm only able to get more than .5-1 oz if I block feed for 6+ hours...I definitely think that is hurting my supply!! (considering even with block feeding for 6 hours, I can only get 2-3 oz...so I usually feed from one side for 12 hours then pump and get between 5-7 oz...BUT, the other side doesn't always produce enough for DS, so I can't even do that too often :/) I've been told that Fenugreek may help, but I've read that you need to take up to 14 capsules a day of it??

Would I just buy this at walmart or something? I really would like to be able to freeze a minimum of 150 oz per month and so far I have about 70-80 oz from October until now.... **I have no plans to stop BF for at least another year, hopefully...I want a "just in case' stash) I've been told to pump every feeding session but 1. my son eats constantly, he has no sort of schedule, 2. I'd be lucky to get .5 oz out.
