induce labour

was just wondering if any of you girls knew of the best ways to induce labour naturally? im so fed up waiting for LO i'll honestly try anything to get him to budge

I've heard walking is good!
I'm pretty sure there isnt anything that will actually induce labor though.

i tried walking about but i'll get to the end of the street and my pelvis will be in agony

Nothing lol. Nothing can really induce labor naturally but time. Wait it out! Bet baby will come just a few days after your due date

Haha, its ok. I was too! She was only 5 days late, which sounds like a lot when you want baby out right now, but he will come when he's ready

Nope. LO will come when he's ready. You can try walking & bouncing on an exercise ball. Doing those won't make you 'go' into labor, but it helps get your body ready!

i know everyone keeps saying to me "its not that long untill hes here" but its like "YES, but your not carrying him around!!" i know once iv had him i'll say it was the quickest nine months of my life but untill hes here these days feel like weeks im blaming OH for his lazyness!!
