This is possibly one of the most obvious things but It baffled me (easily done)

If your babys head is not engaged and you were over your 40 weeks, do they still induce you the normal way or does his head have to be engaged??

Not a 100% on this but I would think that you would still be induced the normal way. Not all babies engage prior to labour, alot engage during it.
