Intense pain advice needed

Over the past couple of days I've been getting really bad pains in my back when sitting and lying down, they seem to ease when I stand up and walk. The pains come and go.

I mentioned it to a mw on the day assesment unit yesterday when she was checking my growth scan I said that I keep getting back pain that comes n goes she said it's normal!

Just need reassurance that it is, as I'm starting to think otherwise now. it's quite painful n really intense and it's starting to upset me

I sooooo know where you are coming from honey!! You are a lot further on than me though so it could be completely different.

I've had awful back ache on and off for weeks now, its really horrible and is worse when I'm working (desk job). There have been days when I've cryed all the way home the pain has been so bad.

My midwife said it was normal (doesn't make it any less painful though!!) but I have to take hourly breaks to walk about and I am seeing a physio for that and posible SPD tomorrow.
