For those that know they are having a planned C-section, do they still do internal exams to see if you are dilated?
And if they do can I just say 'no'?

sorry i dont know but i'm also wondering.... x

I haven't had any other than at 1st appointment and ER visits. I'm not sure if it's because of the scheduled C-section, my history or just the policy of the office I go to. I haven't bothered asking why not as I don't want them unless I may be in labor anyways. No one has mentioned internals or why they aren't being done at all. I would assume that scheduled C-section or not, it'd be the same as the odds of premature labor and risks are still there (and in some cases higher), but who knows. Doctors all do things differently anyways. And yes, you CAN turn them down.

You can decline internals no matter what kind of delivery you will be having
