Internal scans?

Is it normal after an internal scan to feel really crampy?

Had one yesterday and had cramps all afternoon!!

Funny you should say that as i've had 2 internal scans, and felt crampy after both

I've had about 25 internal scans (none of which were during a pregnancy) and never felt crampy after them. Maybe it is different when you're pregnant though?

I had cramps after my internal scans and i also had a bit of spotting too i was told it was nothing to worry about

Oh gosh, I HATE internal scans. I got really cramps and spotted after one. Just bare with it and if you are really concerned talk to your doctor but I am sure everything is fine. Us moms worry about EVERYTHING but I guess it is out nature.

Yeah they were terrible! That added with the bleeding I had the scan for, drove me mad!
