Is 174 heart rate too high at 8weeks?

Hi ladies,

I just had my 8wk dating scan, the little bean measured exactly to date... But the heart rate was 174... In my last pregnancy, poor bubba had trisomy 13 and he too had a heart rate of 180. I read that normal is 120-160, my DD was 150 all the way...

I'm so so so worried that the same thing will happen this time, hopefully someone else here has a positive story to share...

Not at all, i was told it was a beautiful heartbeat. This bub was 170 at 8 weeks

Not at all. I think I was 9 weeks with 176? It's in my signature. Congrats =)

Having to go through what happened last pregnancy, I am really paranoid about everything.

My baby's was 176 around 8 weeks, a great number for then! I think they slow down a bit by 12 weeks if I remember correctly.
