I've never been a super slim person, just healthy, not overweight, but not underweight. My diet and exerice routine has always been mild and long term, ie. regularly walking and have a healthy balanced diet. I'm getting so worried now because I've put on a lot...A LOT...of weight since I've been pregnant - 2 stones (28 pounds) to be exact. Not because of bad diet and lack of exercise...no idea what it could be, it just happened as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Now I'm really worried that I wont be able to shed the pounds after the baby is born because I'll be busy trying to look after the baby and wont have time or I wont be able to commit to exericising properly because the baby will need attention (nappy change, feed, crying...one after the other). Anyone else feel like this, and have words of wisdom for losing weight?
