I'm giving it a try this cycle. I am on CD 2 and I read that 5 or so days before Ovulation you should take "two teaspoons (200 mg) taken orally three times per day. Recommended dosage is two teaspoons (200 mg) taken orally three times per day"

Hopefully this works. I usually don't notice my ewcm until 2 days before O, so i'm hoping to have an earlier heads up this time around. I don't temp but I use OPKS.
