Is baby sitting low or high?

Is my bump low or high?I find it hard to tell myself haha.
Since saturday I've had early labour, but baby has been to high to do anything. So they told me to walk, anything to bring baby down. I did some expressing this morning (medical reasons) and kind of feel baby may have moved on down.
I'm being induced on the 3rd, have had steroid shots to mature babys lungs.
