is big mac sauce ok when pregnant?

Yes you can have one anything that is pasteurised is fine as it's heated enough to kill off the bacteria.

Just an FYI...SUBWAY is not safe to eat when prego as all their sandwich meats are all processed and something else. Was notified that they are no good for you and baby! Crazy because I thought that it would be good!

I would think that the sauce is ok for you to eat. My sisters SIL ate mcdonalds and taco bell every day of her pregnancy and she was ok If you arent sure you can call the dr office and ask a nurse!

Subway is bad since lunch meat could have lysteria (I think) and if you eat any lunchmeat/deli meat it should be heated to sizzling..

big mac sauce is kept cold so techniqally its a no..... but i would eat it! and subway!

I've eaten big mac every day this week it's literally ALL I can eat and it's driving me mad!
Had subway too, never heard of it being a no no tbh I think it's all a bit ott what you can and can't eat. There was non e of this 'can't eat this, can't eat that' years ago!
