Is bright yellow discharge normal?

Today i have had bright yellow discharge and some shooting pains in my cervix. I am worried there is something wrong. Is this normal? Please don't read and run

I couldn't say if it is normal discharge. A lot of people get extra discharge when pregnant but I think it ought to be white. Also you should get the pain checked out. It may be nothing to do with the baby, you may just have a minor infection that needs treating.

While I didn't have pain with it, I did have yellow discharge. I thought it might be my prenatal?!
