I was told by my mw to take 1000 mg 3x daily vaginally and 3x daily orally. Just wash your hands before you insert in vaginally.

Yeupp it's okay 3000 is the daily max recommended dosage and you could insert all 3 if you'd really like... I take them orally and internally... alternating between 1 internal and 2 oral and 2 internal 1 oral...

my cervix has been extremely favorable for a while, my dr. was surprised.. in just the last 2 days i've gotten to 3 cm n 80% still progressing (haven't been checked today) but have had MAASSSSIVVVEE bloody show... it was gross but i was happy

definitely recommend it.

i was told it was 1 a day 1000mg at 36 weeks going up to 3 a day after 37 week *full term* and they can be taken vaginally or orally - wear panty liners and old knickers lol

just as a heads up i took epo when ttc and did 1000mg per day straight off and it gave me the most horrendous stomach cramps and upset stomach so just be aware if you're going to take 3000mg orally it may make you sick
