Is it normal to get.....

Hi ladies

im 4 weeks and a couple of days pregnant(as you may have seen from my post) haha but it is normal to get constant cramping on the left hand side? and bloatedness? iv phoned up nhs just cos i dont have a clue haha and they said sounds normal as the other symptoms are tired and sickness.

oh im loving this pregnancy thing but boy oh boy is it scary

and when you have sex excuse the pun but do you normally get a slight pain inside?


i no its normal for a woman to be protective but im either that or paro lol

every little feeling i get im like is that normal ohh is that right should i be doing this doing that hahahah like trying wasnt bad enough im now even worse with worrying if im doing it wrong or something aint right lol

iv had cramps since 4-5 days after thats when my lil was poking my egg lol its strange cos iv never felt it before so i new something was up just didnt no what. That was why i tested on saturday even though i was due that day i just new something was going on

to your question have i told DH......i told him in like 1.1 seconds lol i literally run to the phone(falling over then steping on a box)lol i cried and told him to go somewhere quite as i have something to tell him..he thought i had some bad news to tell him as i was outa breath from not only the bfp but from running and falling over lol but he couldnt belive it untill he got home and made me do another test at 4 in the morning lol

i havent told a soul other than DH this forum..not even my mum or best friend. they no somethings up and have ask am i pregnant but trying not to smile i said nah not yet

eat eat all we want its great. my hubs always ask me you want something to eat want a drink even this morning before work at 6.30 he said you want me to run you a bath...ermm wow its like a magic spell has been put over him lol ..im loving it hahahaa

haha least you've got your OH running around after you, i don't think i'd be too happy my OH waking me up at 6:30 lol i've been so tired. been napping everywhere possible. not really had morning sickness either my OH just keeps reminding me to take my folic acid and piling lots of fruit and veg in the fridge lol xxx

he woke me up cos he keeps having baby dreams and wakes up excited and cos i leave work at 7.20 i didnt mind him waking me up..i got in the bath this morning and he sat on the toilet(seat down) telling me bout hes dream lol being pregnant is so crazy and my partner is just so excited bout it all its like hes having the baby lol

i havent had morning sickness(yet) iv been taking folic acid for the last 6 months to give baby better start b4 he/she was made ..well i hope it has made a difference because its not really a nice taste taking them haha

when you went doctors what did he say to you? mine was like oh ok wasnt really excited when i was like dude im pregnant and wanted to scream hellooooo im pregnant whoop whooop..but no he just sat there like i told him im a woman...like and? haha so he said the midwife should be intouch in 2 weeks? had to feel the form out send it off to wait till i get a letter for my first appointment...was that the same for you? or do i have to go kick my doctor?

lmao no you don't have to go and kick the docter lol, i went to the docter and i told her but she didn't really seem that bothered either lol she was just like so when was your lmp?? your due date is 24th august 2010, i'll book you in for a early scan for couple of weeks time make sure you take folic acid and ring up and book your midwife appointment in a couple of weeks. no congratulations nothing miserable woman lol, but i still don't have my scan date through i'll prob get it through and i would of missed it they way my docters work.

i keep having weird dreams but there not pregnancy dreams also find that no matter how much i'm sleeping im still tired and my mouth tastes like i'd been sleep walking to the scrap yard and chewing on rusty metal during the night


how many weeks have you got to be to visit your midwife? ours depends if you've had a history of mc they get you in at 7weeks if you haven't you have to wait until 10weeks.

sammy - lol bout my mouth tastes like i'd been sleep walking to the scrap yard and chewing on rusty metal during the night i just burst out laughing at work reading that - people at work thing im some loony toon haha

i havent got a clue when midwife will come..all the doctor said in an Un-sarcastic voice that she will be intouch in a couple of weeks. like its not the best thing in the world...i felt like picking him up shaking him to see if he was real as he had no emotion for the fact i was pregnant like it wasnt a big deal lol like he was high on drugs and didnt give a peep lol

iv had a mc 3 years ago so im not sure if i will get seen earlier or not as the doctor didnt mention it..so hummml awaiting game..

all i got was are you taking folic acid ..yes...oh good...well fill this out sent it off and then the midwife willl be in touch...anything else?

iv had cramps all day on and off they come ...when i sneeeze cough or stretch... i phoned nhs direct the other day just incase..and she said it sounds normal and not to worrie unless it get worse or starts to hurt bad. iv get cramps on the left hand side..everytime i go loo im dreading wiping just incase i see blood or somethings wrong...i love being preg but i get so worrie some times...every little movement or pain i make or see, i dread the worse..nhs just said try to relax and enjoy it as the signs we got are normal xx

i have books too!! i'm pretty scared aboout telling work because they were really nasty when i had my mc in september they supported me through the first bit and then said we hope you don't plan to fall pregnant soon and your on contraception we don't want this happening again!! so i'm bit terrified about telling them even past the 12weeks stage
