I had a mc without intervention at home two weeks ago. As I was booked in for a d&c that morning, I still went to hospital and had a scan to be on the safe side. I was told the sac had passed and there was only about 1cm of "product" left inside me, so the d&c wasn't necessary. I was sent home with antibiotics to prevent infection. I haven't had any pain but had continued blood loss in the fortnight that followed. But today, although the bleeding has stopped, I have a grumbling pain in my left side. It's not bad enough to take painkillers, and might not even be connected, but I can totally feel it. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced it?
Is it normal to have pain 2 weeks after mc?

I don't know really, I lost Ava at 20 weeks, but I gave birth to her. Could it be your getting your AF that is why you may have some pain? Or maybe your body is getting rid of what is left in you? I would wait a few days and if this continues please see a doctor, better safe than sorry.
