You can get a bad back early, its the hormone relaxin, produced all through pregnancy which can make your back and pelvis lax causing pain in certain movements.
It's more likely if this is not your first child but it can happen in first pregnancies. I'm getting spd again at only 6-7 weeks, but to be fair its not really gone away yet after my 1 year old
Go to your doctors and try and get a physiotherapy referral, they do some great exercises which can help
i've been getting terrible terrible back and ribs pain, but my dr said it was completely normal, but it's only going to get worse before it gets any better. that's why we complain so much
