is it true that getting pregnant with baby number 2 is easier? i have heard many ppl say that they tried for a while with baby number 1 and that they got pregnant a couple months into try for number 2.. i was just curious as to how much truth there might be behind this? we tried for over a year to get pregnant with our DD and i was considering coming off of the pill sometime after her first birthday since it took us so long the first time. but then again im considering waiting till shes around a year and a half just in case it happens quickly. im sure when the time is right to come off the pill i will know but im just curious of what other ladies have experienced

O boy never gave it a thought we decided to try the nite of our honeymoon! And we conceived on our honey moon that was so fast! We were togther 10 yrs before marring lol we were only 15 n 16 yrs when we started dating got married at 25 n 26 anyway my husband was like o wow so nice for trying thinking he get it everyday lol!

I sure hope it happens as quickly this time to!!!

I think we will start trying when little one is a year n half almost 2

Hmm It wasnt so true for us, although I had no clue what I was doing when we were 'trying' for Ava.. so that might of delayed things. - with our son well he was a surprise lol so there was no 'trying'.

As soon as I started tracking my fertility/ovulation we got pregnant within 1 cycle... so pretty fast I guess, if you know what you are doing lol.

My kids are 4 years apart though- dont know if that makes a difference?

we werent actively trying i suppose. just werent using any form of protection and we ALOT we tried preseed and i would sit with my legs elevated and then the month i got pregnant we had actually given up on trying and went back to just having fun and not worrying about it...go figure

thats what happens i think when ya stop thinking about it alot it happens my cousin tried for 6 months then she said u no what ill wait to try again and she went back to school 2 weeks later she called me impregnant! lol

we tried for 18 months with bella. this inculded various tests & a referral to a fertility clinic (i got my bfp just after i had my referral through).
second time round, we weren't even really trying, just stopped with the being careful (i didn't go back on the pill after her, we didn't use any contraception, but we were avoiding doodly-dooing around my fertile times) & i fell pregnant right away.
i was convinced we were in for another long wait & was fine with that. i thought a 2.5-3 year age gap would be perfect! hahahaha!

i had pcos TTC no1....it took a year for a sticky bean...

it took some friggin missed pill or something for DD2 After trying so hard for DD1, im tending to say yes, its easier!
