is my lp 6/7 days or 12?

hmm, doing my usual googles and it's worried me slightly. I heard that you take cd1 as your ful bleed not spotting but in reading other things i've realised that my spotting could cause problems. I spotted at 7dpo with a temp drop straight after (i was hoping it was implant). My temps did go back up for a few days before starting to slowly drop again and I got full flow af at 12dpo. Thing is if i started spotting at 7dpo wouldn't that me my body's way of saying 'nope, you aint pregnant we'll start shedding your lining'. If that's the case it'd mean my lp is only 6/7 days and I wont stand a chance in hell of getting pg with that. Sorry if that sounds a bit muddled up, it's just confused me and slashed my hopes, I don't know wether my lp would be 6/7 days or 12

I would get ur progesterone levels checked. Generally spotting in the middle of ur TWW is a progsterone problem. U r correct CD1 is full flow AF
