Is my quinny carrycot faulty or not?

My quinny foldable carrycot arrived finally this morning and I've put it on the quinny buzz frame. I've noticed it seems to rock back and forth. Is this normal? Anyone have one that does or doesn't move? Wondering if I should contact quinny but don't want to look like an idiot if it's normal. I just imagined it would be completely stationary.

Mine rocks quite a bit as well. I've been told it's normal

Cool cupcake thanks. I guess maybe once baby is inside it will be a bit heavier and maybe won't move as much???

Pretty sure most carrycots have a degree of movement....but if its excessive, then contact them.

Mine moves back and forth, not so much that it wobbles when you push it, but you could rock it. Think most carrycots do this though, if your concerned give customer care a ring? xx

Thanks I'd probably say its not loads I could rock it with my hand but it doesn't seem to move when I walk around. I tried looking for a phone number for quinny but there only contact option seems to be email.
