Ugh.. I meant is she ON strike.. :/

Anyway,

Normally my Lo is pretty good with the BLW but today.. she has NOT wanted to even be in her highchair. I tried giving her some gerber puffs earlier, she ate one and screamed her head off to get out of the chair. Tonight I was going to give her some carrots with potatoes and a bit of turkey.. she looked at it, mushed a couple of the carrots in her hands and then screamed to get down.

wth?! She was doing so good. Is she really starting to teeth or something? She hasn't been finishing her bottles, it's been a struggle to get her to even drink those.. any ideas?

I was all excited to give her carrots and taters and she just didn't even want to try to eat anything. :nope:

Maggie has been on solids for a few months (we're doing BLW too), and she still has some days where she just doesn't want anything but my milk. I just go with it. We live by the saying "under one, just for fun." It's just practice right now, so if she doesn't want to eat, don't push it...sooner or later they'll be more interested!

LOL Jack is the OPPOSITE! Once he got going on solids milk was old news. I have to really push him to have any.

If you're doing 'baby led' listen to ur baby! If she dont want it one day I'd just go with it x

My baby is like this to he has spurts of not eating anything, i think it's normal..I guess it's like when we don't feel like eating much.

I'd never push her to eat anything. :) Just a bit gutted because she hasn't had carrots or taters yet. I haven't tried putting her in the highchair today, she just ate a few nibbles of a sammich I had. :)

Starting to get a bit disheartened. She hasn't wanted anything to do with food, just her bottle and a couple oz in that she will scream and roll over like I took it away from her but she pushed it away!. What's going on? I even tried her on some mango puree and she just really wanted nothing to do with it, she kept spitting it out. :sad1: I've tried gas drop, teething gel, winding... ugh Almost every feeding is a fight.

Don't have any suggestions hun sorry. Just keep trying every day, something different and Im sure she will take it eventually x x
