Is she ready to come?

    If im one and a half cm dilated and 50% effaced, fully engaged ect ect does it mean that shes ready to come out?

    I know you can be dilated and fully engaged for weeks ect ect, don't need anyone to tell me that, what i want to know is does it mean shes on her way?

    I was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced and STILL went 2 weeks overdue :rofl:

    She's ready though.

    It means the process has begun, I was 1 cm like a week or two before my water broke. a good sign tho
