I have seen a lot of information point to soy as an alternate to clomid. Has anyone used it and had any luck? If so - how much did you take and what cd??

Not sure if it is worth all the Hype but am trying this month. This is my first cycle but it has delayed ovulation for me so far.

Took it from 3 - 7 @ 110mg each day.
I do ovulation on my own and was looking for something to help mature my eggs.

Nope. Screwed my cycles up badly, dried me out.
Off it my cycles are much better.
Tried 200mg last, bloods showed nothing happening.

Thanks for the info ladies!!! I don't really know what I am looking for just yet. 1st month ttc after a mc. So I'm still trying to figure out what my body is doing. I guess it's like everything else in this world, what works for some, doesn't always work for everyone!

UGH. Why can't there be a simple clear cut answer... if this, then that.....
