Is there a best time to take Ranitadine?

Hi, Just started LO on this today, says on the bottle x3 per day but people have told me 30 mins before a feed is ideal if possible but its okay just before a feed, does it make it less effective if taken any other time does anyone know? As my LO took it 30mins ago but he's asleep and dont want to wake him up to feed yet.

Thanks! I just really want him better so want to do things right. Just wasnt sure if it was less effective now.

I always gave it just before a feed. I did ask my doctor and he said it wouldn't matter when you gave it. x x
