Is this a growth spurt?

LO is 2 weeks and 3 days...all day today she has slept..partly coz we were in the car for a bit coz of Dr appts and errands but otherwise even being back at home since 2 shes just slept and ate...like...two or three 4 oz bottles of formula since around 1pm!! normally formula gets her through 3-4 hours but shes just gone crazy today..she has been fussy the last day or two as well...I know part of it is coz shes sick (stuffy nose)...but otherwise does this sound like a growth spurt and how long do they last?

Yes there's a growth spurt around 2 weeks!
They can last up to a week, a few days is more common though.
