Is this an early sign 13 dpo?

Well I am 13 dpo and never tested yet. Planning on testing tomorrow though. I want to know if getting sick (stuffy nose, head cold, etc>) is a sign on early pregnancy? Has anyone ever experienced this?

I've heard that being congested or having a runny nose can be a sign of pregnancy.
