Is this chicken pox?

My DD woke this morning with a high temperature, feeling sick and lethargic. She had a few spots on her neck yesterday and a few more on her chest this morning. Over the day more and more have come up and got bigger and she's now woken up covered even on her face. She says they're not itchy?
Her brother also has a temperature and lethargic but no spots yet.

I would say yes especially if more have appeared ! When my DDs had it they wasn’t itching either which I thought was strange as the always say itching as a main complaint !

Calamine lotion will help and also calpol no ibuprofen . Poor kiddos hope they feel better soon !

She woke up this morning with no spots, completely better and full of energy! How confusing!

Oh wow that’s so strange ?! Maybe viral spots/rash ! Least it’s gone now and she’s back to her usual self ! X

Yeah, I think it must have been a viral rash. I was convinced it was chicken pox. I can't believe she's still not had chicken pox. She socialises a lot and last year she was in a small room with a little boy who had chicken pox!
