Started feeling kicks at 19 weeks, about once a day for a few days.. then I felt her a little more, 1 day she was really active and kicked me for a while at a time.
My husband also felt her kick at around 20 weeks.

After that day where she was really active, I still have felt her but not much at all, maybe about once a day a kick or so.
Is this "normal" ?

I do have an anterior placenta.

Btw, I have a doppler and her HB is still the same as usual.

Sorry...but no such thing as 'normal' in pregnancy...lol. Yes, they change up their patterns often, and with having an anterior placenta it's great that you are still feeling movement everyday.

Thanks.

I know there is no such thing as normal, what I meant was common.
You know what I mean.

LOL..yup..I knew what you meant, I was just kidding :) It is great though that even w/ anterior placenta you've still been feeling movement every day for a few weeks!! Maybe she's just taking a little kicking time off for a growth spurt!

Hehe I hadn't felt her kick today, just faint.
So I drank some cranberry-grape juice and she kicked me hard 3 times, which were visible on the outside and I felt them with my hand.
She hasn't done this for a few days, ever since I ran out of cranberry-grape juice..LOL.
I don't know if this is a coincidence or not :haha:
Basically I started feeling her kick 2 weeks ago, when I first started drinking cranberry-grape juice?
LOL

Thnx for your reply..

Hmmmm...maybe I need to go buy some of that juice!!! This is my second and I still only feel VERY slight movements once ever 3-4 days!

I wouldn't really worry about kick patterns that early. We're not even supposed to worry about movement until 28 weeks. I have an anterior placenta, too, and that's exactly what it was like in the beginning. You're lucky your husband could feel kicks at 20 weeks! OH couldn't feel my LO until 24 weeks!

I can eat marshmallows, drink koolaid etc and she won't kick me.
Until I drank cranberry grape juice LOL.

:haha:

Deffo normal. Mine is an anterior placenta too and I'm not yet feeling bubs every day even (and it's my second). Can be around 3 days between what I'd called unmistakable kicks. I does feel like they're getting stronger though so hopefully we'll all get more sensation towards end of this tri xxxx
