Is this fertile CM?

TMI WARNING!!!

So I got out of bed this morning, and straight away I began getting changed. I took off my pants and trousers, next thing I know I hear something drip on to the floor.

I look down and I see a small amount of clear fluid on the floor
I look at my legs and I see fluid that dripped down my legs - and that looks watery and white (I'd describe it similar to milk)
My pants are wet.

I've never ever experienced anything like it!! (we haven't for a good week )
