Is this implantation bleeding?

I came on my 'period' on day 23, yesterday so a week early. My cycles are irregular but I've never been this early. Only 2 weeks and 2 days since my last one finished. I've had a headache and bloating, tender boobs, all the signs except no greasy hair. I've been wearing a pad for 2 days but had nothing in it. I've had a moderate amout if blood 3 times when I've wiped but not as much as my usual when I'm on.

I had implantation bleeding with my second which I actually mistook for a period and that was a week early too. If it is, how soon can I test? I felt proper nausea at lunch time today so I skipped lunch. Felt sick last night too....
