Hi Ladies,
I'm currently trying to switch over from bf to ff and feel totally clueless and like a new mum again!
My lo will not wait the 30 mins or so it takes to do a bottle from scratch so I've been trying to work out ways of making my bottles quickly and safely.
I've been boiling fresh water in the kettle, adding 3oz to the bottle, 7 scoops of formula, giving it a good shake, adding 4oz of cool boiled water from the fridge to make up to 7oz, another good shake, then giving to lo.
I thought this way would kill any bugs in the milk powder (to comply with the over 70 degrees thing) and also be quick without fully premaking.
No one else I've spoken to does this so I was wondering if it's ok?
Thanks xxx
