Is this one baby or another behind it???

Ok everyone...Awhile back I miscarried twins at 8 weeks. This time, I had the twin feeling again. When I went to get my first appointment, which was at 11 wks, they hooked me up to ultrasound (vaginal) to check the hb. This is what I got (mine is the one with the lines for heart rate). to the left would be the legs and the head is down and to the right but it was cut off the picture. Now look at the example, an 11 wk baby would not be that big and legs would not be down and curled, they would be up lik all other 11 weekers. Does it look like another baby behind? Note: I have a very tilted uterus. I am just scared because they say 40% higher chance after concieving twins once.

And just to add, if you look real closely you can see where the leg is going up and see the foot

I only see one baby but Im not an expert. It really depends on the angle they are looking at b/c positions will vary. Twins would be very clear at this stage...surely they would have said something?

my only thing is if that is my babys legs curled down, it looks like a 16 weeker or more!! LOL maybe my baby is just a porker! lol

I noticed.that at my 8w6d appt my baby looked.larger than my friends in.her ultrasound at 10w2d
Mine was done vaginally and hers was done abdominally

I get an ultrasound with a really good ultrasound machine on Monday....I guess we will see how an abdominal ultrasound looks!!
