CD9, just took this at 11.20am, pic taken at 10mins (as advised on instructions). Irl it looks almost as dark as the control line if not as dark. Not sure if this is positive or not? What do you think? Might DTD tonight just in case!
Thanks! It's hard to compare when the line isn't as wide as the other one. I'm not meant to O for nearly another week. Might retest later to make sure it'd not a dud! Thanks for your reply xx
Ok so, the pic is of my first test yesterday late am (top), my second test late afternoon (middle) and the bottom is one I took this am after about a 3hr hold at 7.50am. What the hell? What happened to my line?! I can't have missed it can I?!
Hey, I tested this morning. It's the bottom one in the last pic, compared to yesterdays. There's pretty much nothing there. I can't have O'd that early though surely?! I usually have between a 26-28 day cycle, I wouldn't think I'd O on CD7-9?! Argh!
I'm a bit annoyed with the OPK instructions tbh. They give you a little chart to work out when to start testing according to your cycle length. And based on a cycle of 28 days it says you needn't start testing until CD11. If I'd done that then I would have been absolutely clueless the entire month and would probably think I hadn't ovulated at all. Whereas it seems I might have done, just a bit earlier than they say you "should".
Will keep testing to make sure it wasn't a false alarm (I've heard your body can have the hormonal "surge" and then not actually release an egg) and wait and see if I get another +ive. If I don't get a +ive OPK in the next 2wks then I'll take an hpt I reckon.
I don't have a normal cycle so I've just been testing daily at 7pm since cd7 and I finally got a positive on cd22, I with an almost positive on cd21. 've never actually had a positive before and the tests are so hard to figure out until you have a positive then you're like "ohhhh that's what I'm looking for!" Lol good luck luck!
