Chinese people don't put msg in their food - it's only in the takeaways to make it more addictive to the rest of us.
I'm still going with "a bit of what you fancy can't hurt that much" caffine included.
I think the deli meat thing will just be in case of food poisioning cos we're more sensitive to it at the moment, so if you feel ok I wouldn't worry too much x
