It's all adds up.. So where's my BFP

I'm really trying not to get my hopes up. I'm currently on CD46. My periods are all over the place by the way. Fertility friend estimated I was due yesterday. I had spotting on CD40.. Not sure when or if I ovulated as I have PCOS. Since CD40 Iv been having the worst stomach aches, diarreah & constipation. Today I then had the most horrendous pain for about 15 minutes in my stomach which Iv never felt before ever! My partner and I just DTD and he said are you pregnant darling.. Your belly feels hard!! He's never said that!
Where is my BFP then?

Have you been using OPK's?

Do you know how many DPO you are?

Without knowing when/if you ovulated then I wouldn't be expecting anything, I suggest getting a thermometer and using it to temp and track your bbt, without knowing if you ovulated there is no way of calculating when you would get a bfp x
