Ok so I upgrading my itunes (like I was instructed to do) and I keep getting an email saying that the upgrade could not be processed. But my ipod upgraded and now won't let me sync any of my songs with itunes unless I download a 7.6 version or higher (which I have done and it keeps saying it can't be processed)
I called Apple and the only advice they can give me is to uninstall and re-install. And that if I want further tech support I have to pay $30
