iv got pain in my back advice needed.

I have really bad pain starting from the bottow of my back on the right-hand side and I goes all the way up to my shoulder. I didn't have it this morning it just started as a discomfort but now its quite bad. just wondered if anyone else has has the same or if it nmight be something to worry about. thanks for any advice x

I just put a heat pack on my back to help me relax. Also, stretching so that your arms are above your head really helps. Keeping everything relaxed (don't get immersed in the pain and tense up! it makes it worse!) and stretched out helps with me.

I was woundering if my hot waterbottle was okay to use..thats what im using during the times of pain!

I've been getting quite bad back ache and my mw said to put a hot water bottle on it x
