I'm all puffy And I've put on 5lb in a week
It will soon go down hun.

Cut down on the sodium and salt intake hun If you notice when you press on youre skin you kind of indent alittle you gotta really stop the salt. It can be dangerous later on. Or do you mean youre belly is just bloated?

Everything is bloated, fingers, neck, face, belly...u name it...it's bloated.
I don't eat much salt as I know of, I'll start checking labels, but i dont add it to my food.
I'm drinking more water as well to try flush it out & my skin doesnt indent when I press it.
Hmm maybe just weight. Alot of packaged foods and can foods have tuns of sodium that can be bad in pregnancy. Actually most processed foods are high in sodium. I would ask youre doctor about all this swelling.

I suffer with bad water retention too hun xx
In my last pregnancy it was awful towards the end.
I also don't eat much salt and avoid processed foods too.
Fennel and celery are good natural diuretics.
