I've had my first MW appointment :)

It was great

The same MW i had with my last 2 boys, which was nice.
She phoned the hospital for my first scan , which will be on the 11th of March . This is going to be the longest 6 weeks of my life lol.

She even tried to get me to consider a home birth, which i found unusual. But im going to have a think about it for sure.

I've also told my mom, and it feels like a weight has been lifted of my shoulders. I can finally talk baby with someone lol. She was very happy and excited again.

Today has been very eventful to say the least.

Congratulation hun hope u have a successful pregnancy. If you can't wait 6 weeks, you could have a early scan. I am thinking of having a early scan at 6 or 7 weeks for a bit of reasurrance. Hope u have a successful pregnancy

Aren't appointments great I love them all, midwife, doctor (my GP insists on seeing his pregnant patients which is apparently unusual), scans. It is so good to have 'baby' time and discussions.
Good luck for your scan. I have my 20 week scan 6 weeks Monday and it feels like forever away!
