IVF 5dp5dt BFP! Could it still be trigger shot?

I am now 5dp5dt and couldnt wait any longer to test (I know tut tut), to my surprise it was positive!
Do you think it could still be my trigger shot? I took 250 ovitrelle on Saturday 29th at 11pm so almost 12 days ago
I will test again tomorrow bit wanted to see if anyone was/is in the same situation
