So a little back story....

I have 2 children, 5&2, and then a son who was born sleeping at 19+5 on November 1st 2017. His heart just stopped beating after a few weeks of it being quite erratic.

I had my first period on the 5th December so I’m now waiting until my fertile window begins. We are pretty much dtd every other day as it is but I’m tracking my bbt, cervical position, CM and using ovulation tests.

According to my fertility app my fertile window begins this weekend so I’m looking forward to that! Then New Year’s Day I’m hoping for a BFP!!!

So I’ve still got 2 days until my fertile window begins but I’ve bought some ‘conceive plus’ lubricant as I know normal lube can inhibit sperm. My temps have been a bit all over the place but I’m hoping that between cervix and mucous checking and the conceive lube I can get my BFP in January! Due on my period on the 2nd Jan so will be testing New Year’s Day. Fingers crossed!

Hi ladies, I am now to posting in any kind of forum... so if im posting where im not supposed to, let me know lol.

A little about me, I have been TTC for over two years. Been to the doctor, everything is apparently fine with me and my husband... so no help there. Had some weirdness during my TWW (on-going to this date). If I am in the right place (lol) I would love to hear your stories about this months TWW and see if I have anything similar! Checking myself in. AF not here yet but she's due Sunday and I'm having all the usual symptoms of PMS, not to mention four negative HPTs. At this point it's only an estimate until AF actually shows but I'm looking at spending the week between Christmas and New Year's driving to meet my AI donor for TTC month #3. I'm already exhausted just thinking about it. But oh well, it will be worth it if it happens. Estimating mid-Jan. test dates.

I'll join. I'm sorry to hear of your loss cookie. That must be beyond devastating. I couldn't even begin to imagine.... I'm working on no 2 right now dd is 2 and still bf regularly so my gyne thinks I could have a wait. I thought I timed perfectly this month but 2 bfns and afdue to start today. Getting some brown discharge (sorry tmi) so I expect it to start later today or tomorrow. Won't test again until Wednesday when it should be done. I just ordered more opks and hpts along with some tea that I was using when I conceived dd. Good luck everyone and here's to a merry Christmas and happy new yeat

Hi ladies! My cycle this month is not doing well. I’m still spotting pink and brown daily and charting my CM, cervix position and bbt all point to a not good cycle so I think I’m going to have to wait until my period shows up on the 1st jan and then try again next cycle

I’m so frustrated!!! I’m supposed to be in my fertile window now but absolutely nothing is saying I’m fertile

I think I’m out too. I’m pretty sure this is a non ovulatory cycle cervix has raised to medium at best and still fairly firm, temp spiked already and CM basically dried up. Ovulation tests getting lighter too
I’ve stopped spotting now, however I think the constant spotting was a sign of not ovulating. Oh well

Just waiting for AF to turn up now but I have a feeling I’m in for a bit of a wait

Just finished af three days ago, FF says my fertility window will begin on December 31, but I plan on starting to poas right after Christmas. I have had horribly irregular periods in I quit depo when I was around 17, with af being delayed as much as 6 months. I seem to always ovulate though.

Fx'ed we all get January bfps!

I think I’m having a non ovulatory cycle OPKs are getting lighter daily, and now my temp is lowering. Thought I had my spike a few days ago but I think that might have been an anomoly reading, I must have tossed and turned a bit. But yeah my temps have been really irregular last month but calmed down after AF, and now they are just sailing along at the baseline not doing anything even though I’m supposed to have ovulated already.

So I’m calling this a non ovulatory cycle and hopefully I’ll have a new cycle starting beginning on January for end of jan testing

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but aren't OPKs positive for a day or two and then go back to lighter and lighter? So why would that be a bad sign?

Not a stupid question they never went positive, they got darker but not positive, and then lighter again without reaching that positive mark

Although had a really weird thing happen today! Took an OPK again and it was darker than it has been (still not positive though) so I dipped a HPT out of curiosity and it was positive!!! Very very faintly but still positive. I took a first response and it was negative but there’s no denying the line on the internet cheapie test! Surely that’s not possible with having my period 2 weeks ago?!

I don't know, but I see that line. I'd be taking an FRER if I were you.

I took a frer about half an hour after that test and it was BFN. But maybe I just hadn’t waited long enough for it to build up as I could literally only wee a teaspoon amount. So going to take another first thing. I’m just so confused. But given that I had a normal heavy period 5-9th December and spotting on and off since then, It must be a chemical. Otherwise I would have ovulated during or immediately after my period. I’m just so confused. But until I see a good line on a FRER then I don’t believe anything.
It may just be a faulty test. Ugh my brain is going to explode!

Cookiedough- I do see that line. I'm sorry it's so confusing. Maybe give it a few days to see what happens then go from there. There could a number of things causing things to be wonky...hormones do crazy things when they are out of wack. Did you have any hormone testing done lately to make sure things are back to where they should be? It might be a good idea to just ask to be sure.

AFM- I found out that I didn't ovulate on my second month of Femara. My OBGYN upped the dose, but I called the fertility doctor to get things started so I can transition over next month if I don't get pregnant this cycle. Today I did all my bloodwork for them and took my first dose of femara so we'll see how things go.

I took a FRER this morning and got the faintest of faint lines! I mean so faint my camera couldn’t pick it up and I had to really squint in the light to see it!

So I’m guessing it’s a chemical for me. I’ve also dipped 2 more ICs and both BFN. So just gotta wait for AF now and then start again. Knowing my luck she will arrive Christmas Day!

Jules- sorry you didn’t ovulate again hopefully you’ll get all the results you need from the fertility doctor this time ) x

Both tests BFN this morning so pretty sure if anything it was a chemical just gotta wait for AF to show up now and then begin the cycle again. Hopefully BFP end of January!!!

@Cookie- I'm sorry for your loss and I'm sorry for your BFN this morning. I had a CP back at the beginning of this year and then my cycles never seemed to want to get back on track. We will get through this! During my last cycle I actually started craving sour cream and onion chips but I didn't test until 18 dpo. I felt like I was pregnant and it never showed on a test so I feel like I can't really count it as a CP and I don't want to because it is so depressing to go through that again.

I have hope for this cycle though. I am also using conceive plus which did the trick for my daughter.

January will be the month I know it!

I think I my fertility window may come early this month. I don't know the day before yesterday I noticed minor crampy type twinges, and yesterday
I did an even test on an ic and it showed the faintest line. I just tesyed and the line was even fainter. Logically I know that I am not supposed to ovulate till around cycle day 22 (but even then I don't fully know thats just what these last two cycles I was able to chart said. It might be different), and other than mild twinges I have none of the other usual symptoms. I am just so afraid that something will go wrong and I will miss my window and everything will just go haywire. I'm going to be 32 in January and I feel like it may never happen. Sorry mild rant.

Hi I'd like to join, im currently TTC no 3. Been trying for 6 months, been very irregular ( not normal for me) and mid cycle spotting been to the dr and being referred to fertility specialist for possible PCOS ( I think it's from BCP) anyways I'm about 7 days late at the moment tested a few days ago and was bfn so basicly just waiting for af so I can start again. Iv started taking raspberry leaf tea and conceive well muiltvitamins in the hope it will help regulate me.
