Jinxed birthing pool?

Hi

My DH has a work collegue who has an unused birthing pool so we're thinking about buying it off them. Its been blown up and not used three times (!) now by two different people (the collegues wife and his brothers wife).

Could it be jinxed lol?! Or maybe its a good omen that the women had such easy births they didnt need the relief of the water ^^

I'm sure your sensible head will tell you its just a coincidence. However if you irrational head keeps telling you its jinxed it might not be the right pool to birth in as you may not be in the right frame of mind. Spending your whole labour thinking "my pools out to get me" isn't gonna send you body happy labouring vibes!
