Just found out I am at risk of being made redundant. Quite high risk.
Im four months pregnant and have been off sick for a long time before it was arranged for me to work from home in my current job so I am going to find it hard to get a job anywhere else, and I would struggle to work a normal job (e.g. in a workplace) because of my health at the moment. Can anyone think of jobs I could do working from home? I need to be earning at least £25k - preferably more but thats pretty much the minimum I need to pay the mortgage.
If anyone can advise me on how maternity leave can work for someone unemployed or self employed that would help to as baby will be in the NICU when hes born so I wont be able to do much then, and I dont know how long for - from the sounds of things itll be a month minimum.
