Hi everyone, I just found out on Friday that I am pregnant. Wasn't trying, so certainly wasn't expecting it. I've been trying to read up on things as much as possible but it's all just a minefield for me. I still don't even believe I'm pregnant, it's all very strange and surreal.
I've started taking mum to be vitamins as I know I need folic acid, but is there anything else I should be doing? Luckily I don't really like most of the foods you're meant to avoid and I've limited my cups of tea to one per day. But is that it? I'm just so confused, and don't know what to do!
Hopefully going to get to see my doctor tomorrow, but that all depends on if I can get an appointment.
