It took 4 rounds of IVF to get pregnant w my son. Round 4 only worked after going gluten free and an endometrial biopsy showed that inflammation i had previously was no longer there (thanks to gluten free diet). I stayed gluten free and got pregnant w baby#2 the first cycle I tracked ovulation postpartum. Just having sex at home. We couldnt believe it. Now a friend who has been ttc for TEN YEARS just went gluten free and got pregnant naturally at 38 years old. I believe in my heart this may be the key for SOME people who are struggling. I know everyone's issues are different, so I'm not making any assumptions. But felt compelled to share in hopes that it would help someone. Esp those who are unexplained infertility, endo or low amh. I was told all three of those things

I tried that and unfortunately it didn't work for me, but Congrats to you :) Unexplained here too

So sorry it didnt help. I hope you get your rainbow soon. I know the heavy heart of infertility and loss. Just said a prayer for you.

Thanks for sharing! A nice thing to know and to try. Also congrats with your rainbow!
I'm 42 now, ttc since 2012. dx - endo&pcos. 1 failed round clomid, 2 failed fresh ivf cycles with oe behind. Another try - de ivf. Got success from shot#1. Cases differ, anyway everything is worth trying on this way. Take care x

Have you heard of dairy causing inflammation too? I am curious if this affects some women the same way gluten does. Problem is my favorite things to eat have both gluten and dairy
