Just need a moan!

Am feeling extra sensitive after a Chemical Pregnancy!
Friends of ours had their baby (which they conceived 1st month of trying) last weekend. I had been slightly avoiding them, but I told myself I was being stupid , went shopping and bought some baby clothes (which I found very very hard and have vowed not to do again - the next baby is getting flowers!!!). I went over and although I said I would rather not, the baby was practically forced into my arms. I then had to endure practically every person in the room making a comment like ...
"Do you want one soon?"
"When will you start trying?"
"You aren't getting any younger you know!"
"YOu are so good with children, its a shame you dont have any of your own"
"You look good with a baby, you should think about having one"
"If you have a baby now, they would be similar in age"
I could go on.....It was awful. Obviously none of them know we are TTC.
I made my excuses and left and then cried all the way home.

aww poor you, that must of been so hard.

well done though for showing your friends that you are happy for them and celebrating there joy, because hopefully soon it will be them coming to you and celebrating for you.

Its soul destroying sometimes and we have all felt the same as you at one point or another. Keep going & keep trying and fx'd you get your BFP soon.

hi daisy so sorry to read about ur chemical pregnancy, i myself had a missed miscarriage in april this year (not the same i know), it was a much wanted pregnancy me and my boyfriend was over the moon, my best friend was pregnant at same time about 4wks behind me, and it totally devastated us, i went through a mix of emotions mainly sad but felt a tiny bit jealous of my best friend and couldnt face going round for ages (she also had a 6month old at the time) everywhere i looked someone was pregnant or just had a baby really felt like i was hving my nose rubbed in it, i am now 7+2 pg, had a scan on fri as i thought same thing was happening saw the little bean and its heartbeating away and so far everything is fine, but as extatic as i am i am so scared the same thing is going to happen, have faith though and nature will take its course, good luck xx
