Hi everyone, I'm Moondance,
I'm 30 years old now, have been TTC for a 20 months now.
Doctors have thus far ruled me out as having PCOS, they did a range of tests and found nothing to confirm it. But yet I am somewhat overweight (I have major difficulty losing weight) and have always had out of whack cycles, since I first got periods at age 11. Its been confirmed that I do ovulate, etc.
My partner is 52, and he wants kids even more than me if thats even possible. He has had a sperm test done and they've said he has average sperm count for his age and he has a 50/50 shot each time of getting me pregnant.
So I used to chart.... full on BBT, every morning.
But after a year I took a break from it.
I have a 13 day luteal phase and upon checking my past cycles, I find that there are a bunch where my partner and I managed to hit the nail right on the head. But yet I still don't have a baby.
I started taking Agnus Castus to help regulate my cycle, approximately 5 months ago, the first 3 cycles were actually "normal", ranging from 28 days to 32, which is great.
Then the 4th cycle came, lasted 40+ days, I bled like crazy when my menses finally came and had a lot of things happening where people thought I may have had an extremely early miscarriage. But I just don't know.
Now I'm CD 31. And from CD 26-30, I had thick creamy CM with heavy blood spotting. My panties were constantly wet through but the spotting never reached the panties.
I've been off my food, tired. Not feeling great.
And I don't understand my chart. It has 11 days highlighted in green. Eleven????? Are you serious????
Hating my body for being so damn confusing and infuriating.
Why is it so hard to get pregnant??
I never thought it would be this hard. Ever.
